Best for: A very light compact that takes a PIPA seat on trips
Brand
Nuna builds around its PIPA infant seats, and the line that splits its twelve strollers is whether a PIPA needs an adapter. The TRVL, TRVL lx, TRVL dubl, VIAA cabn, TAVO next and TRIV lx click a PIPA on directly. The TRIV next, SWIV, MIXX next, DEMI icon and IVVI totl use a ring adapter that Nuna includes, and the DEMI next page mentions a car-seat mode without naming a seat or adapter. Check how each weight is stated: the TRVL's 13.6 lb leaves out about 1 lb of canopy and arm bar, the TRVL lx's 14.6 lb leaves out about 2.4 lb, and the TRIV next's 18.4 lb leaves out insert, arm bar and canopy as well. The TRVL dubl is a 25.2 lb double that takes PIPA seats without an adapter. For a heavier everyday stroller, the MIXX next is 28.3 lb. Nuna's pages give no warranty length, so none is recorded here.
