This modular single-to-double has a basket that takes 30 lb; a clip-on shopper basket brings total storage to 55 lb, Cybex says. It takes two seats, two cots or two infant seats for twins. Cybex says a new Gazelle generation is coming and has cut this one's price ahead of it.
Best for: Twins or close siblings expected soon

The Gazelle S is the single-to-double parents cross-shop with the UPPAbaby Vista, and the ride is why many pick it: owners who have pushed both say it steers and tracks better and copes with curbs, grass and cobbles. The other draw is that both seats are full-size, so an older sibling is not squeezed into a smaller rumble seat.
No crossbar under the basket, plus a clip-in shopping basket when you only have one child, earns the most praise. The complaints are smaller things: a canopy that collapses on itself, a cup holder that comes off, push-bar trim that peels. Opinions split on bulk and weight. Some owners find it wide in shops and a lot for a small trunk or a flight, while others say it is smaller than the Vista and no heavier than a Nuna Demi Next. The fold works with both seats attached but takes practice.
Two kids close together, a smooth ride and lots of storage: that is the brief it fills, and it is regularly on sale or available used for far less than list. Parents with a tall older toddler should check the lower seat in person, since some find it too low and cramped. These reports describe the Gazelle S on sale today; Cybex has announced a new generation, which no owner has written about yet.
Owners who have pushed both mostly prefer the Gazelle's ride, saying it turns and tracks better and handles curbs, grass and cobbles easily. The bigger practical difference is the seats: both Gazelle seats are full-size with the same limit, so the heavier child can sit in the lower seat, which the Vista's smaller rumble seat does not allow.
Cybex infant seats click on without anything extra, and owners with a Nuna Pipa say the needed adapters came in the box. Results with other brands are mixed: some owners use a Chicco KeyFit 30 without trouble, while others can only get one side of a Nuna or Chicco seat to click in.
Owners disagree. Some say it eats a small trunk, feels wide in shops and would be a pain to fly with. Others find it smaller than the Vista and took it travelling as a single without trouble. Weight splits the same way, with some finding it heavy to lift and others calling it light for a single-to-double.
It depends on the child. Some parents of tall three- and four-year-olds say feet drag on the ground and heads hit the canopy, while a family with a two-year-old and a baby says both ride comfortably.
